Samsung Card Q3 net income up 20.9 pct to 168.7 bln won

Samsung Card Co. on Friday reported its third-quarter net income of 168.7 billion won (US$122.3 million), up 20.9 percent from a year earlier.The company said in a regulatory filing that it posted 223.8 billion won in operating profit for the quarter, compared with 186.8 billion won a year ago.
