WASHINGTON: U.S. President-elect Donald Trump has described North Korea's involvement in Russia's ongoing conflict in Ukraine as a "very complicating" factor, while emphasizing his positive relationship with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.According to Yonhap News Agency, Trump discussed these issues during an interview with TIME magazine, which recently named him the 2024 Person of the Year. In the interview, Trump expressed concern over the potential impact of North Korea's involvement in the conflict, stating, "When North Korea gets involved, that's another element that's a very complicating factor." He further highlighted his personal rapport with Kim Jong-un, saying, "I get along very well with Kim Jong Un. I'm probably the only one he's ever really dealt with."Addressing questions about his stance on Ukraine, Trump stated his intention to pursue a resolution rather than abandoning the country. "I want to reach an agreement, and the only way you're going to reach an agreement is not to abandon," he s aid.
