SEOUL: South Korean bond yields exhibited a range of changes on the morning of December 12, 2024, as various tenors adjusted slightly from their previous session's rates. Notably, the 2-year treasury bonds saw a slight increase, while the 1-year treasury bonds experienced a marginal decrease.According to Yonhap News Agency, South Korea's 1-year treasury bonds fell by 0.3 basis points to 2.709% from the previous session's 2.712%. In contrast, the 2-year treasury bonds rose by 1.9 basis points, reaching 2.660% compared to the prior session's 2.641%. The 3-year treasury bonds edged up by 0.6 basis points to 2.542%, while the 10-year treasury bonds increased by 1.7 basis points, bringing them to 2.709%.The 2-year monetary stabilization bonds showed a minor rise of 0.1 basis points, standing at 2.670% compared to the previous session's 2.669%. Additionally, the 3-year corporate bonds rated AA- saw an increase of 1.0 basis points, settling at 3.198% from the prior session's 3.188%.
