Seoul: LG Energy Solution Ltd. (LGES) announced its first-quarter net profit of 226.6 billion won (US$158.3 million), marking a 6.8 percent increase compared to the same period last year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company's operating income for the January-March period reached 374.7 billion won, representing a significant rise of 138.2 percent from the previous year. The company's revenue also grew by 2.2 percent, amounting to 6.26 trillion won.
