Seoul: South Korean bond yields saw a decrease across most terms on April 30, 2025, with slight drops recorded in various treasury bonds and corporate bonds.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-year Treasury Bond yield decreased by 1.6 basis points to 2.374%, down from the previous session's 2.390%. The 2-year Treasury Bond yield fell by 3.2 basis points, reaching 2.323% compared to 2.355% in the previous session. The 3-year Treasury Bond yield saw a decline of 4.3 basis points, settling at 2.267% from 2.310%.
The longer-term 10-year Treasury Bond also experienced a reduction, with its yield dropping by 4.0 basis points to 2.563% from 2.603%. In addition, the 2-year Monetary Stabilization Bond yield decreased by 3.0 basis points to 2.317%, down from 2.347%.
For corporate bonds, the 3-year Corporate Bond (AA-) yield decreased by 3.5 basis points, ending at 2.868% from the previous 2.903%. Meanwhile, the 91-day Certificate of Deposit yield remained unchanged at 2.710%.
