Seoul: The Yonhap News Agency has issued a statement regarding the ownership and permissible usage of its content. It has been emphasized that all articles, photographs, graphics, audio and video images, and illustrations produced by the agency are protected under copyright laws, and any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the content is intended solely for personal and noncommercial use unless prior written consent is obtained from the agency. Any misuse or unauthorized distribution of the content can lead to serious legal consequences, including compensation claims or potential civil and criminal lawsuits. The agency has advised that any requests to use its content for other purposes should be directed to its Information Business Department.
