DL Holdings Reports First-Quarter Net Loss of 19.5 Billion Won

Seoul: DL Holdings Co. on Friday reported its first-quarter net loss of 19.5 billion won (US$13.9 million), shifting from a profit of 32.1 billion won a year earlier. The financial results mark a significant downturn for the company compared to the same period last year.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing that its operating income for the January-March period declined by 38.9 percent on-year to 105.4 billion won. Additionally, revenue saw a decrease of 1.2 percent, dropping to 1.38 trillion won.

The financial shift from profit to loss in the first quarter highlights challenges faced by DL Holdings Co., indicating potential areas of concern that may need to be addressed in upcoming quarters.
