Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) showcased stability with only slight alterations in the longer-term rates as reported today. The rates, as released by Yonhap Infomax at 11:00 a.m., remained consistent across most terms with minor fluctuations observed in the 3-month and 12-month rates.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-week, 1-month, and 2-month KORIBOR rates held steady at 2.50%, 2.53%, and 2.54% respectively, indicating no change from the previous session. The 6-month rate also remained unchanged at 2.53%.
A slight decrease was noted in the 3-month rate, which dipped from 2.57% to 2.56%. Conversely, the 12-month rate saw a slight increase, moving from 2.53% to 2.54%. These minor adjustments reflect a relatively stable interbank lending environment in Korea.
