Seoul: South Korea's 12 major cities are set to experience primarily cloudy weather with high temperatures on Thursday. Most cities will see temperatures soaring into the mid-30s Celsius, with Seoul, Cheongju, Daejeon, Chuncheon, Jeonju, and Daegu all expecting highs of 36°C.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the likelihood of rain varies across the region. Seoul, Incheon, Suwon, and Chuncheon have a 30% chance of rain, while Cheongju only has a 10% chance. Daejeon, Gangneung, Jeonju, Gwangju, and Daegu are not expected to see any rain. Meanwhile, Jeju has a 20% chance of rain, and Busan will enjoy sunny weather with no expected rainfall.
In terms of temperature lows, Daegu will experience the coolest morning at 24°C, while most other cities will see lows ranging from 25°C to 28°C. Busan, despite being one of the cooler cities with a high of 32°C, will have a low of 26°C.
