Cologne: Samsung Electronics Co. announced plans to highlight gaming features of its new 3D monitor and foldable smartphones at a gaming convention in Germany later this month. The South Korean tech giant will showcase its "One Samsung" gaming experience, integrating mobile, PC, and console platforms, at Gamescom 2025 in Cologne, Germany, starting August 20.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Samsung will run an exhibition hall near the Gamescom venue. The exhibition will spotlight Netmarble Corp.'s role-playing game, Mongil: Star Dive, on Samsung's glasses-free 3D gaming monitor, the Odyssey 3D. The game is slated for official release later this year and will also be available on the Galaxy Z Fold 7 smartphone. The Galaxy Z Fold 7 boasts the slimmest and lightest design in the Galaxy Fold series, offering enhanced portability and user-friendly controls for gaming.
In addition to product showcases, Samsung plans to host a mobile game tournament as part of the exhibition's activities.
