Seoul: LG Corp. on Thursday reported its second-quarter net income of 244.2 billion won (US$176.5 million), marking a decrease of 15.9 percent from the previous year. The company's financial performance for the April-June period showed declines across various key metrics.
According to Yonhap News Agency, LG's operating profit during the same period was 276.9 billion won, reflecting a 10.5 percent decrease from the previous year. Additionally, the company's revenue saw a slight decline of 1.4 percent, totaling 1.79 trillion won.
