Seoul: Korean Air Co. announced the introduction of a new Incheon International Airport guide feature on its mobile application, providing passengers with real-time access to essential information about South Korea's primary gateway.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the new feature is powered by the public open application programming interface (API) of Incheon International Airport Corp. It offers live updates on airport operations, allowing passengers to check congestion levels at check-in counters, security and immigration checkpoints, and view parking space availability at airport facilities.
A Korean Air official emphasized the convenience this feature brings by integrating tailored airport information directly into the mobile app. The official added that the company is committed to developing digital solutions aimed at creating smoother and more efficient travel experiences for its customers.
