Seoul: Geneone Life Science Inc. on Tuesday announced that it will sell stock to raise 10 billion won (US$7.2 million). The proceeds from the stock offering will be used primarily to finance its operations.
According to Yonhap News Agency, a regulatory filing revealed that the company will issue approximately 4.56 million common shares at a price of 2,190 won per share. The stock is set to be sold to investors that the firm has designated.
