Seoul: The heads of personnel management authorities from South Korea, China, and Japan convened in Seoul on Tuesday for a significant meeting aimed at innovating personnel administration for future generations. This meeting marked a momentous occasion, being the first of its kind in a decade, and was attended by South Korean Personnel Management Minister Tschoe Dong-seok along with his counterparts from China and Japan.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the discussions during the meeting centered on revitalizing the public sector. Key topics included protecting the active administrative work of civil servants and improving working conditions for junior-level employees. The ministry emphasized the importance of these exchanges in fostering a more dynamic and efficient public service environment.
Minister Tschoe Dong-seok highlighted the commitment to maintaining future-oriented cooperation among the three nations. “We will continue to maintain future-oriented cooperation in the field of personnel management grounded on the trust built between the three countries,” he stated, underscoring the collaborative spirit and shared goals of the meeting.
