South Korea’s Major Cities Face Rainy Forecast for Friday


Seoul: South Korea is set to experience widespread rainfall across its 12 major cities on Friday, with temperatures varying slightly from city to city.



According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul and Incheon are both expected to see temperatures reach highs of 23°C and lows of 19°C, with a 30% chance of rain. Suwon is likely to experience slightly cooler conditions with a high of 22°C and a 40% possibility of rain. Cheongju and Daejeon are forecasted to have temperatures peaking at 21°C, with lows of 19°C and 18°C, respectively, both having a 60% chance of rainfall.



In Chuncheon, temperatures are expected to rise to 24°C and drop to 15°C, with a 60% chance of rain. Gangneung may experience the highest likelihood of precipitation at 80%, with temperatures ranging from 24°C to 17°C. Jeonju and Jeju are also anticipating significant rainfall, with chances of 70% and temperatures of 22°C/19°C and 28°C/21°C, respectively.



Gwangju, Daegu, and Busan are all predicted to have a 60% chance of rain, with Gwangju temperatures at 22°C/17°C, Daegu at 21°C/18°C, and Busan at 22°C/21°C. Residents across these regions are advised to prepare for potential rain and plan their activities accordingly.
