Seoul: Korean Air Co. said Thursday it has won six awards at the 2025 Travel Weekly Magellan Awards, a U.S. travel industry award program, in recognition of its service, product design and marketing innovation. The South Korean flag carrier received top honors in categories including international carrier, first class, in-flight menu, and mobile app.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the Magellan Awards are organized by Travel Weekly, a leading travel trade publication in the United States, and honor achievements in branding, service, marketing, and design. The airline stated that these recognitions reflect its continued investment in enhancing the passenger experience. Following the launch of its new corporate identity this year, Korean Air has renewed in-flight amenities and menus to strengthen its premium services.
The company emphasized its commitment to innovation and enhancement of its products and services, aiming to reaffirm its position as a leading global airline.
