Rain Expected in Gangneung and Busan Amidst Cloudy Skies Across South Korea


Seoul: South Korea is set to experience varied weather conditions across its 12 major cities on Friday.



According to Yonhap News Agency, the forecast indicates a predominantly cloudy day with temperatures ranging from 15 to 22 degrees Celsius.



Seoul, Incheon, and Suwon will remain mostly cloudy, with temperatures expected to reach highs of 20, 19, and 19 degrees Celsius, respectively. The possibility of rain in these cities is low, with Seoul and Incheon at 10% and Suwon at 20%.



Cheongju and Daegu are anticipated to have sunny skies, with both cities experiencing a 20% chance of rain. Daejeon will also encounter similar weather, although it will be cloudier than its sunny counterparts.



Chuncheon is expected to see a higher chance of rain at 40%, with temperatures dipping to a low of 9 degrees Celsius. In contrast, Gangneung and Busan are predicted to have significant rainfall, with probabilities of 70% and 60%, respectively.



The cities of Jeonju, Gwangju, and Jeju will experience cloudy conditions with a moderate 20% chance of rain, while temperatures will range from 18 to 22 degrees Celsius.
