Seoul: SK IE Technology Co. on Friday reported a third-quarter net loss of 40.1 billion won (US$28.1 million), marking a continuation of financial challenges when compared to the previous year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company revealed in a regulatory filing that it sustained an operating loss of 47.2 billion won for the July-September period, which, though substantial, was an improvement from the 73 billion won loss recorded a year earlier. Despite these losses, SK IE Technology experienced a significant increase in sales, which rose by 55.8 percent to reach 79.1 billion won.
