Air Seoul to Resume Incheon-Guam Flights After Three-Year Hiatus

Seoul: Air Seoul Inc., a South Korean budget carrier, announced that it will resume its flight services between Incheon and Guam in late October. This decision comes three years after the flights were suspended in 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the airline plans to operate one flight daily on the route starting October 26, as stated in a press release by the company. Air Seoul is a low-cost unit of Asiana Airlines Inc. and currently operates flights on domestic routes along with international services to Japan, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

The airline utilizes a fleet of six A321-200 passenger jets, which will be involved in the resumed operations. Air Seoul's strategic decision marks a significant step in revitalizing its international service offerings post-pandemic.
