Seoul: The Army on Tuesday held an international military logistics forum with members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and other countries, as part of its efforts to boost exports of homegrown weapons. The forum, which will run through Saturday, was attended by 17 nations, including nine ASEAN members, the United States, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines.
According to Yonhap News Agency, during the event, participants are expected to discuss ways to expand cooperation in the defense industry and strengthen follow-up logistics support measures, the Army said in a statement.
