Seoul: Ascendio on Thursday announced that it will sell stock to raise 1 billion won (US$687,331). The proceeds from the stock sale will be used mainly to finance its operations.
According to Yonhap News Agency, a regulatory filing revealed that the company will issue 516,795 common shares at a price of 516,795 won per share. The stock will be sold to the investors that the firm designated.
