Seoul: South Korean food company CJ Cheiljedang Corp. on Tuesday reported its second-quarter net income of 209.1 billion won (US$150.1 million), marking a 41.5 percent increase from the same period last year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company's operating profit for the April-June period was reported at 353.1 billion won, which represents a decrease of 7.9 percent compared to the previous year. Additionally, the company's sales remained unchanged at 7.23 trillion won.
