CS Wind Corp. Sees Dramatic 345.1% Rise in Q3 Net Profit to 79.8 Billion Won.

SEOUL: CS Wind Corp. on Thursday reported a significant increase in its third-quarter net income, reaching 79.8 billion won (US$56.9 million), marking a 345.1 percent rise from the previous year. This substantial growth highlights the company's robust financial performance during the period.According to Yonhap News Agency, the company detailed in a regulatory filing that its operating income for the July-September quarter rose 164.3 percent year-on-year to 109.6 billion won. Meanwhile, revenue saw an increase of 111.7 percent, amounting to 805.5 billion won.The reported earnings have surpassed market expectations significantly. Analysts, on average, had estimated the net profit to be around 61.2 billion won, based on a survey conducted by Yonhap Infomax, the financial data arm of Yonhap News Agency.
