Seoul: A fire broke out today, in an old commercial building in South Koreas capital, Seoul.According to Nam News Network, the accident took place at about 3:25 p.m. local time (0625 GMT), with no casualties confirmed. A dense plume of black smoke was seen rising in central Seoul, TV footage showed.Firefighters allegedly had difficulty extinguishing the blaze as shops crowded the commercial building.
