SEOUL, Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul met with the chair of the German parliament's defense committee Wednesday to discuss the regional security and bilateral ties, his ministry said.During their talks in Seoul, Cho and Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann shared the view that security in the Indo-Pacific region and Europe are closely connected.Cho also stressed that the growing military cooperation between North Korea and Russia poses a threat not only on the Korean Peninsula but in Europe and across the world.He urged Germany's close collaboration in "sending a strong message" to Pyongyang and in stopping its military cooperation with Moscow.Source: Yonhap News Agency
