Seoul: HD Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. said Thursday its net profit surged nearly 25 times in 2024 to 621.5 billion won (US$429.2 million) from a year earlier.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company reported an operating profit of 705.2 billion won for the year, marking a 294.8 percent increase on-year. Meanwhile, annual sales climbed 21.1 percent to 14.48 trillion won, as outlined in a regulatory filing.
