Seoul: HD Hyundai on Tuesday reported its first-quarter net income of 777.4 billion won (US$540.6 million), marking an increase of 52.9 percent from the previous year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company announced in a regulatory filing that it achieved an operating profit of 1.28 trillion won for the quarter, a rise from 793.6 billion won in the same period last year. Additionally, revenue experienced a 3.5 percent growth, reaching 17.08 trillion won.
