Seoul: HD KSOE Co. has announced a significant increase in its first-quarter net income, reaching 611.6 billion won (US$427.8 million), marking a 216.4 percent rise compared to the same period last year. This substantial growth underscores the company's financial strength and strategic advancements over the past year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company revealed in a regulatory filing that its operating income for the January-March period surged 436.3 percent year-on-year, totaling 859.2 billion won. This impressive rise in operating income reflects the company's effective cost management and operational efficiency.
Furthermore, HD KSOE reported a 22.8 percent increase in sales for the first quarter, amounting to 6.77 trillion won. This growth in sales indicates a strong demand for the company's products and services, contributing to its overall financial performance.
