Heavy Rain Expected in South Korean Cities on Tuesday

Seoul: South Korea is bracing for heavy rain across several major cities on Tuesday, with varying weather conditions predicted for the 12 major cities.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the forecast indicates significant rainfall in many areas, with temperatures fluctuating across regions.

Seoul and Incheon can expect a high of 28°C and a low of 23°C, with a 70% chance of rain. Similarly, Suwon will see sunny conditions with the same high temperature but a slightly lower low at 22°C, also with a 70% chance of rain.

In the central regions, Cheongju and Daejeon are both forecasted to experience rain, with temperatures reaching up to 31°C and lows of 24°C and 23°C, respectively, and a 60% probability of rain.

Chuncheon will likely have rain as well, with temperatures ranging from a high of 28°C to a low of 20°C and an 80% chance of rain. Meanwhile, Gangneung is expected to be cloudy with a high of 32°C and a low of 23°C, with only a 30% chance of rain.

Further south, Jeonju, Gwangju, Jeju, Daegu, and Busan are all predicted to face heavy rain, with temperatures around the low to mid-30s. Each of these cities has a 60% chance of rain, with Jeju experiencing the highest temperatures, peaking at 33°C and a low of 27°C.

The forecast signals potentially challenging weather conditions for residents and travelers, urging them to prepare for the possibility of heavy rainfall and plan accordingly.
