Seoul: KG Mobility Corp. on Thursday announced that it will sell stock to raise capital.
According to Yonhap News Agency, a regulatory filing disclosed that the company will issue 18,278 common shares at a price of 15,800 won per share. The stock will be sold to investors designated by the firm.
