Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR), as reported at 11:00 a.m. by Yonhap Infomax, showed no change across all terms compared to the previous session. The rates remained consistent, reflecting stability in the interbank lending market in South Korea.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-week and 1-month KORIBOR both stood at 2.75% and 2.80%, respectively. Similarly, the 2-month and 3-month rates were stable at 2.83% and 2.87%. The 6-month rate held steady at 2.86%, while the 12-month rate was unchanged at 2.85%.
The unchanged rates indicate a period of steadiness in the South Korean financial markets, as the KORIBOR serves as a significant benchmark for interbank lending rates in the country. These rates influence various financial products and the overall lending environment.
