Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) maintained consistent figures across most terms today, with only a slight shift observed in the 12-month rate. As of 11:00 a.m., the rates, as posted by Yonhap Infomax, reflected stability in the financial market.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the rates for the 1-week, 1-month, 2-month, and 3-month terms all remained unchanged from the previous session, each standing at 2.50% and 2.51% respectively. The 6-month term also showed no variation, holding steady at 2.52%.
In contrast, the 12-month KORIBOR saw a marginal increase from the previous session, moving up from 2.53% to 2.54%. This slight adjustment in the longer-term rate indicates a minor shift in market expectations or economic conditions impacting the interbank lending rates over a yearly period.
