KORIBOR Rates Show Stability Across Short-Term and Long-Term Offerings

Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) have remained largely stable, as reported by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news and information arm of Yonhap News Agency. As of 11:00 a.m., the rates for various terms have shown minimal fluctuation, maintaining steady figures.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-Week and 1-Month KORIBOR rates held constant at 2.75% and 2.72%, respectively, from the previous session. Meanwhile, the 2-Month rate experienced a minor decrease from 2.69% to 2.68%, and the 3-Month rate also saw a slight decline from 2.67% to 2.66%.

Further down the timeline, the 6-Month KORIBOR rate decreased marginally by 0.01%, moving from 2.62% to 2.61%. The 12-Month rate followed suit with a similar decrease, dropping from 2.57% to 2.56%. These figures suggest a period of stability in the interbank lending market, with only slight adjustments in the longer-term rates.
