KOSPI 200 See Mixed Results as Hanmi Pharm and LIG Nex1 Lead Gainers

Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index saw various movements today, with significant gains and losses among the listed companies. Notably, Hanmi Pharm and LIG Nex1 emerged as the top gainers, while others experienced declines in their closing prices.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Hanmi Pharm's stock price climbed by 16,000, closing at 231,000. LIG Nex1 also recorded an increase, with its shares rising by 11,500 to reach a closing price of 250,500. Other companies that ended the day on a positive note include DAEWOONG PHARM, which saw its shares increase by 6,700, closing at 122,100, and KOLMAR KOREA, which experienced a rise of 1,200, closing at 65,700.

In contrast, several companies faced downward trends. Notable declines were observed in HYUNDAIGLOVIS, which dropped by 2,500 to close at 107,000, and KBFinancialGroup, whose shares fell by 1,800, ending at 70,500. HANJINKAL also experienced a significant drop, closing at 77,300, down 1,900. Other declines included ShinhanGroup, with a decrease of 1,200, closing at 43,850, and Youngone Corp, which saw a decline of 1,400, closing at 41,900.

Meanwhile, some companies remained unchanged, such as JB Financial Group, which closed at 16,250, and Fila Holdings, which maintained a closing price of 35,700. The market's mixed performance reflects the varied economic activities and investor sentiments influencing the KOSPI 200 index.
