KOSPI 200 Sees Mixed Movements in Latest Trading Session

Seoul: The latest trading session for the KOSPI 200 reflected a day of mixed movements with various companies experiencing fluctuations in their closing prices. Among the notable changes, KEPCO KPS saw a decrease, closing at 60,100, down by 100. LG H and H experienced a significant drop, closing at 319,500, down by 5,500, while LGCHEM rose to 211,500, marking an increase of 2,500.

According to Yonhap News Agency, ShinhanGroup's shares increased to 61,400, up by 900, whereas Hyundai Rotem's stock fell to 196,500, down by 4,500. LGELECTRONICS and L and F also saw declines, closing at 73,800 and 49,300, respectively. On the upside, TKG Huchems rose to 16,800, up by 260, and Daewoong Pharm increased to 144,000, up by 700.

Additional movements included Hyundai Department Store, which rose to 75,600, and KDHC, which saw an increase to 83,800. GS also experienced a rise, closing at 46,650. On the other hand, LIG Nex1 decreased to 540,000, and Hyundai Glovis fell to 134,800. Amorepacific ended the day at 136,700, up by 5,500, while Poongsan saw a significant decrease, closing at 128,700.

Other notable shifts were seen in KB Financial Group, which rose to 110,900, and SK Innovation, which saw a substantial increase to 122,400. Hanmi Pharm's shares dropped to 286,000, and Kolon Korea rose to 99,800. The trading session highlighted a diverse range of performances across different sectors on the KOSPI 200.
