According to Yonhap News Agency, NAVER saw an increase of 1,500 in its stock price, closing at 223,000. Kogas followed suit with a rise of 700, reaching 40,000. Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance also experienced a positive shift, with an increase of 2,500, closing at 442,000. Doosan Enerbility marked a significant gain of 4,100, concluding at 61,500. Meanwhile, Hyundai Rotem saw an upward movement of 3,100, ending at 173,800.
On the other hand, several companies faced a downturn. Hanall Biopharma reported a decrease of 250, closing at 28,200, while NCsoft saw its price drop by 1,800 to settle at 198,100. LG Electronics and L and F also reported declines, with their prices down by 900 and 600, closing at 75,800 and 86,500, respectively. Celltrion ended at 171,300 after a decrease of 700.
In the financial sector, JB Financial Group and Hana Financial Group reported increases of 200 each, closing at 23,000 and 82,900, respectively. In contrast, Hyundai Department Store and KIH faced declines, with their prices dropping by 900 and 1,500, closing at 73,100 and 125,300, respectively.
Other significant changes included LIG Nex1's substantial rise of 19,500, closing at 495,500, and Hanwha Life's modest increase of 15, ending at 3,105. Amorepacific experienced a decrease of 1,500, with its stock closing at 122,400. Meanwhile, GS and SK Innovation witnessed gains of 400 and 600, closing at 44,050 and 104,700, respectively.
The report highlighted other notable movements, such as Hanmi Pharm's decline of 500, closing at 282,000, and Youngone Corp's significant drop of 2,100, ending at 55,600. CS Wind saw a decrease of 3,100, closing at 42,550, while Kolon Industries reported a gain of 150, reaching 35,600.
