Seoul: Thursday's trading session saw varied movements in the KOSPI 200 stocks on the main Korea Stock Exchange. Notable changes included LG H and H, which rose by KRW 19,500 to close at KRW 335,000, and Korea Aerospace, which increased by KRW 4,100 to end at KRW 62,400. Meanwhile, Samsung SDS saw a decline of KRW 900, closing at KRW 130,000.
According to Yonhap News Agency, KEPCO KPS increased by KRW 100 to reach KRW 43,800, while LGCHEM saw an uptick of KRW 1,000, closing at KRW 246,500. On the downside, KEPCO E and C ended the day at KRW 68,700, a decrease of KRW 1,200. ShinhanGroup also experienced a drop, closing at KRW 47,300, down by KRW 1,150.
Other notable performances included HYUNDAI ROTEM, which rose by KRW 1,300 to close at KRW 87,000, and LGELECTRONICS, which increased by KRW 1,000 to reach KRW 82,500. Meanwhile, Celltrion dropped by KRW 200, ending the session at KRW 180,400. KIH saw an increase of KRW 900, closing at KRW 81,400.
Additionally, Amorepacific gained KRW 6,100 to end at KRW 124,000, while SamyangFood saw a decline of KRW 6,000, closing at KRW 880,000. HanmiPharm rose by KRW 5,500, concluding the day at KRW 269,500. In contrast, Youngone Corp decreased by KRW 100, ending at KRW 44,300.
