Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index displayed a mix of gains and losses as stocks showed varied movements. Companies across different sectors experienced fluctuations in their closing prices, reflecting a dynamic trading session.
According to Yonhap News Agency, several companies experienced significant changes. LG Energy Solution saw a notable increase, closing at 349,500, up by 10,500. SamsungF and MIns also rose significantly by 24,000, ending at 396,500. Hanwha observed a rise, closing at 52,300, with an increase of 4,650. Hanchem experienced a rise of 4,200, reaching a closing price of 125,300.
On the other hand, some companies faced declines. HANWHA AEROSPACE dropped significantly by 29,000, closing at 702,000. KumhoPetrochem also fell by 4,600, ending at 118,300. SK hynix saw a decrease of 4,500, with a closing price of 187,900. LG Innotek experienced a decline of 2,800, closing at 172,900.
The index saw a variety of other movements. S-Oil increased by 5,000 to close at 62,200, while HyundaiElev went up by 700, ending at 54,400. In contrast, OCI Holdings dropped by 2,900, closing at 83,300, and LS ELECTRIC decreased by 2,500, ending at 214,000.
