The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index(KOSPI) rose eleven-point-35 points, or zero-point-44 percent, on Wednesday, closing the day at two-thousand-617-point-22.
The tech-heavy KOSDAQ also rose, gaining seven-point-62 points, or zero-point-88 percent, to close at 872-point-69.
On the foreign exchange, the local currency strengthened one-point-six won against the dollar, ending the day at one-thousand-264-point-six won.
