Seoul: LG Display Co. on Wednesday reported its 2024 net loss of 2.4 trillion won (US$1.7 billion), remaining in the red compared with the previous year. The company disclosed its financial performance in a regulatory filing, indicating ongoing challenges in achieving profitability.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company continued to post an operating loss of 560.6 billion won for the year, compared with a loss of 2.51 trillion won a year earlier. Despite these losses, LG Display experienced a revenue increase of 24.8 percent, amounting to 26.61 trillion won.
