SEOUL: LG Energy Solution Ltd. (LGES), South Korea's leading battery manufacturer, has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Bear Robotics, a U.S.-based company specializing in artificial intelligence autonomous service robots. This agreement positions LGES as the exclusive supplier of cylindrical batteries for Bear Robotics.According to Yonhap News Agency, the partnership will see LGES provide its cylindrical battery cells for Bear Robotics' flagship products, including the Servi Plus and Carti 100 robots, starting next year.
