Seoul: LG Corp. announced on Thursday that its net profit for 2024 amounted to 804.5 billion won (US$555.5 million), marking a 43.1 percent decline from the previous year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company’s operating profit for the year was reported at 981.5 billion won, a 38.2 percent decrease compared to the previous year. Additionally, LG Corp.’s annual sales experienced a reduction of 3.4 percent, totaling 7.19 trillion won. The figures were disclosed in a regulatory filing by the company.
