Seoul: LS Marine Solution Co. announced plans to raise 278.3 billion won (US$203.2 million) through a stock offering aimed at financing its facilities.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing that it will issue approximately 19.57 million common shares, each priced at 14,220 won. The stock will be made available to the firm's shareholders.
