Seoul: North Korea launched an unspecified projectile toward the East Sea on Tuesday, South Korea's military said. The Joint Chiefs of Staff gave no further details, saying an analysis is under way.
According to Yonhap News Agency, North Korea last fired what it claimed to be a hypersonic intermediate-range ballistic missile on Jan. 6, marking its first provocation this year ahead of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration.
