According to Yonhap News Agency, the helicopter crashed on a mountain in a northwestern district of Daegu at 3:41 p.m. The city is located approximately 230 kilometers southeast of Seoul. Firefighting authorities confirmed the incident and the loss of the pilot during the operation.
