S. Korea Issues Special Travel Advisory for All of Iran

Seoul: South Korea on Tuesday issued a special travel advisory for all of Iran amid escalating military tension between Israel and Iran. The foreign ministry announced that it has elevated the travel advisory for all regions in Iran to Level 3, which strongly advises South Koreans in the area to leave the country. The alert is set to take effect at 1 p.m. on Tuesday.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the ministry stated it would closely monitor the situation in the Middle East and implement various measures to ensure the safety of South Korean nationals.
