S. Korean Bond Yields See Mixed Movements on October 23, 2025

Seoul: South Korean bond yields exhibited mixed movements in the morning trading session on October 23, 2025. The yields on various treasury bonds and corporate bonds showed slight fluctuations, with some decreasing modestly while others experienced minor increases.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-year Treasury Bond yield increased slightly by 0.1 basis points, reaching 2.309% from the previous session's 2.308%. Conversely, the 2-year Treasury Bond yield saw a decline of 2.7 basis points, falling to 2.494% from 2.521%. Similarly, the 3-year Treasury Bond yield decreased by 2.4 basis points, settling at 2.548% compared to the previous 2.572%.

In contrast, the 10-year Treasury Bond yield experienced a modest increase, rising by 0.2 basis points to 2.871% from 2.869%. The 2-year Monetary Stabilization Bond yield also saw a decrease of 0.9 basis points, moving from 2.506% to 2.497%.

Additionally, the 3-year Corporate Bond yield for AA- rated companies decreased by 1.4 basis points, dropping to 2.985% from the previous session's 2.999%. These movements reflect the ongoing adjustments in the bond market as investors respond to various economic signals.
