Seoul: South Korean bond yields exhibited mixed changes as the financial markets closed on October 28, 2025. The yields on various treasury bonds and other financial instruments indicated minor fluctuations based on the latest data.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-year treasury bond yield increased by 0.6 basis points, reaching 2.336% from the previous session's 2.330%. The 2-year treasury bond yield also saw an increase, moving up by 1.8 basis points to 2.574% from 2.556%. Similarly, the 3-year treasury bond yield rose by 1.3 basis points, from 2.620% to 2.633%.
Conversely, the 10-year treasury bond yield decreased by 2.4 basis points, settling at 2.935% compared to the previous session's 2.959%. In other financial instruments, the 2-year monetary stabilization bond yield increased by 1.9 basis points to 2.572% from 2.553%.
Additionally, the 3-year corporate bond (AA-) yield rose by 1.1 basis points, reaching 3.047% from 3.036%. The 91-day certificate of deposit yield also experienced an increase of 1.0 basis point, moving up to 2.550% from 2.540%.
