Seoul: Samsung Card Co. on Friday reported its first-quarter net profit of 184.4 billion won (US$128.8 million), marking a 3.7 percent increase from the same period last year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing that its operating income for the January-March period rose by 1.5 percent year-on-year to reach 244.9 billion won. However, revenue saw a decline of 3.5 percent, totaling 1.06 trillion won.
