Seoul: Samsung C and T Corp. on Wednesday reported its 2024 net income of 2.77 trillion won (US$1.9 billion), up 1.9 percent from a year earlier. The increase in net income highlights the company's steady financial growth.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company stated in a regulatory filing that its operating profit for the year reached 2.98 trillion won, up from 2.87 trillion won in the previous year. This increase in operating profit indicates the company's effective cost management and operational efficiency.
In addition, Samsung C and T's annual revenue saw a slight increase of 0.5 percent, totaling 42.1 trillion won. This growth in revenue reflects the company's ability to maintain its market position despite challenging economic conditions.
